I never thought life could be this simpler by agreeing to be his lovely bride on 4th of December 2010, exactly on Saturday, and the next day was our wedding day. I can really see that in every marriage comes with 'barakah'....so wisely said by Maher Zain in his beautiful song ~ Barakallahulakuma.
We spent most of our time together in our university's campus life...planning for the future at that time. Went practical for teaching at Malacca, then went for training before commission at UTM Skudai, Johor until we commissioned together. ROTU Batch 28 2009. That is our batch. Then we graduated, but unfortunately my session was 1 day earlier than him. But we managed to save our moments together in a few snapshots....thankfully.
And now, we managed to organize our wedding , successfully. It was a relief. A big one, actually. Managing your own wedding can really be the biggest challenge for the moment. Believe me when I said it was really difficult. You could cry blood tears in order to make things go right. Praise to Allah I have a bunch of closed friends, students and my mom and sister to help out things. Thank you everyone involved for your tremendous help and aid...
My dearly husband, I could never thank enough for you for all the gifts you gave me (including the dowry you gave me) so we could celebrate our big day with friends and family. Alhamdulillah, every thing now is halal for both of us. Maybe our next plan is for me to get closer to you dear hubby, because of our duty and different place of work. Insya-Allah, then only we will think about our child. It was every wife's dream to be a mother...so do I. Till then, let's put our full stop here for a moment ya?
~Regards,
Shamila a.k.a. Mrs. Idham
